“First time going there, was yesterday, very professional,warm and courteous there. The receptionists welcome you and are very polite. My appointment was at 9 am , and I was taking literally right at 9am, not 930 or later like some places are. My first appointment was 2 hours long, but due to the fact of being a new patient. I have to go back for a other visit, soon for a couple of filings, ugh....and they found another problem which will result it two extractions that are needed, which is bittersweet to me. I don't think other places that I have been would have cared or found these issues as they did. Sometimes we don't like to hear bad news,but the alternative will be more , I feel worse if I ignore it. The whole staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. There is one Con, is parking. This is not their fault, this is Concords. Street parking or if you can fit behind the building, my suggestion a small vehicle. This is a very clean, and also to see people advanced in years as patients says a lot, in a positive way.“
