There are many wonderful things to say about the doctors and staff but behind the scenes I am wary of practices as in their fees being obscenely high compared to other places and feeling profits come before patients. I am having to resort to the insurance dept to have a claim corrected as although I was told they were correcting/updating a particular doctor’s status to be in network in line with all caretakers, with a particular carrier, this has not been done and insurance still regards as out of network and this is affecting billing amount. Read your EOBs carefully.
I just wanted to share my experience at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic Concord. The entire team, from primary care to dermatology, allergy, Ob/Gyn, and sports medicine, was not only friendly but also incredibly professional. I can't say enough good things about the outstanding care and service I received there. I would definitely recommend Dartmouth-Hitchcock of Concord to anyone in a heartbeat!
The wait was short and the P.A. professional. A heads up, however. Because they are affiliated with a hospital, their charges reflect hospital rates, which are higher than what the other, independent, non-affiliated healthcare clinics in Concord charge.
