My counselor alyse has been very good I think this has been a very hard process with the time and money have had some frustrations with insurance and for a moment thought I was being put down about my progress it was a mistake and they want to see me succeed

Completely f**ked me over after giving them hundreds of dollars. Decided to tell me they no longer take my insurance after months of dealing with their BS. Its just another scam if you are trying to get your license back. Their office is completely sketchy. They keep their doors locked and I thought their building was completely abandoned. I was about to walk away until my "therapist" came out and awkwardly greeted me for the first time. This guy was completely unprofessional he got nervous and didn't realize he kept pausing and asking the same questions for an hour. If I could rate this a 0, I would. Please read reviews before you go here. Kirsten, the "owner" is the worst human being I have ever met. She'll happily take your money but refuses to complete your service plan. She'll happily take your money, but will not complete any paperwork needed for you to move forward. She is a trash human being and this place should be shut down because of her. It's absolutely disgusting. Do not go here for IDCMP classes. I would recommend CAIP in Nashua 100000x more than this s*** hole.
