Custom service was friendly. Length of time to get two dresses dry-cleaned was reasonable. I was emailed once to let me know that my items were ready for pickup. When I dropped My items off, she wasn't sure if they could get a stain out. And they were not able too. I don't think I should have had to pay full price for that. They were on the expensive side
Very dependable dry cleaning service with excellent results every time. My clothes are always returned clean, fresh, and neatly pressed. The staff is polite, efficient, and takes good care of each item. Turnaround time is fast and pricing is reasonable. I appreciate their consistency and professionalism. I would happily recommend them to anyone in need of quality dry cleaning.
They took such care of my coat. This was my first visit and they called me with a concern and wanted my ok before proceeding. They cared! I love the chance to receive a discount if I could answer a trivia question lol. I guessed wrong but I will always remember a group of alligators is called a beck haha
