Dr. Heck and the tech, Aileen were fantastic with my 5 mos old pup when he got hurt. Couldn't have asked for better care! While I was on the phone with the front staff, they could hear him crying and how much pain he was in and were able to get him in right away. I actually ran into Aileen at Rite Aid and she remembered us and asked how he was doing. That minor personal touch really makes all the difference!!
I want to thank Dr. Heck, the kennel staff, and others for helping me and my beloved Milo through so many years. Tonight, the seemingly impossible but inevitable happened and my sweet Milo passed away. He was 16 years young; still filled with swagger and undoubtedly the most devoted creature I've ever met.
