Haven’t even left the parking lot yet! But a great first visit! Very thorough, honest, and educated. They educated me well on their terminology and what everything meant. Being a healthcare professional I value their time and Amanda was really invested in giving me proper care and Dr. Hannah was fabulous as well. The front desk staff and exit desk staff were professional and kind. I appreciated the financial transparency as well. The environment was clean and well maintained. I would recommend!

Having reached the ripe old age of 70, I must say I have my black belt in dentistry. Due to my Old dentist retiring I was in search of a replacement. While my retired dentist was A++ I must say the experience with Caring Family Dentistry was 1st class from the moment you walked through the door. Friendly, courteous and professional. The state of the art equipment in the hands of professionals left one feeling that you were definitely in the right place. Dr. Sheffler took great care in explaining what was happening and the forward care protocol.

From someone who has ALWAYS had bad dentist experiences, my first visit to Caring Family Dentistry in Concord was painless, welcoming, and made me feel safe. Everyone is professional and the equipment was way more advanced than I’ve experienced before. No more painful X-rays with your mouth stretched excessively! 5 stars. Thank you!
