I feel fortunate to have been able to take part of Sharing Yoga’s 200 hr teacher training during 2020 when the pandemic hit. Everyone involved in this training was extremely professional and I was impressed with their ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment. Laurie, David, Corey, Allison & Wendy were extremely supportive and kind. I highly recommend this teacher training for anyone considering it.

I took Sharing Yogas online class yesterday. It was fantastic, thank you for having zoom classes set up and letting us join. It was easy to get into the video chat and the technical things went flawlessly. It felt great to be able to stay safe inside and keep our bodies moving. Namaste

I absolutely love this studio! I've attended the monthly restorative yoga and meditation sessions for a few years now, since they were at the previous location. The new studio is wonderful! Beautiful and inviting. I highly recommend stopping un for a class!
