When we decided to replace the siding and update the back porch on our old house, we connected with Patrick at Aspen Ridge Builders. We knew there would be several issues uncovered once the old siding was removed, including rot, sill and foundation damage, voids in the insulation and at least one window and two storm doors that would need to be replaced.. Patrick helped us feel comfortable and confident moving forward with the repairs and the siding project. Patrick and his team were professional in all aspects of the project. They identified several problem areas and made the necessary repairs prior to re-siding our house and worked in a timely fashion, often enduring poor weather conditions. The siding looks amazing. Our back porch looks and feels brand new. Patrick even helped us install a 1600 pound piece of granite for a front step. We are thrilled with the final results. This is our second time using ARB. We hired them to build a finished room in our basement last year which has provided much needed additional space in our home.
