Dr. is very nice and always trying to make our pets as comfortable as possible. She listens to any concern you have and always takes them seriously. Sometimes she is busy and you may have to wait a little bit to make an appointment.
Dr. Kelly has been our vet for nearly 20 years and seen us through several cats and dogs. She is professional and has shown great compassion when pets have neared the end of their lives. Her surgeries have been successful and relatively affordable. I've known other people to struggle with Dr. Kelly's personality, but I find her to be a wonderful, professional person to work with.
Dr. Kelly is going to the ends of the earth to figure out what's wrong with my pup. We just moved here and thankfully she took us on as a new patient right away. And after 3 different vets, she was the only one that did a Lyme test which was positive and urged us to use a different form of flea and tick prevention since what we were using has shown adverse affects to dogs. All of this insight gave us at least, a way forward with a treatment plan. She really cares about her patients. She is the only vet in the area so makes sense that she is busy taking care of animals and can't always be at the phone. I left a message and she called me back the next business day.
