My daughter has been going here for over a year now and it’s amazing how focused and disciplined she has become. It has been a great place to make new friends and learn a great skill. Also helps get some energy out at the end of the day, a win for any parent!

Great place for your child(ren) to grow! My daughter has thrived so much since she started. They keep the kids very active physically and mentally by doing Karate, exercise's and dancing and they always have a different theme going to keep the kids engaged and doing something new. The before and after school program is typically always open, snow day- they got you, 2 hr delay - they got you, school vacations - they got you! They even do a parents’ night out around the holidays and other random times through the year. The coaches are great with all the kids, my daughter has gotten attached to at least a handful in the 4 years she’s been going there.

I have been taking the adult classes for 3 years and I have been having tons of fun while learning some very useful martial arts skills. Sensei Mike, Sensei Todd, Sensei Jess, Sensei Val, Sensei Karen along with all the rest of the Senseis and Sempais do a great job of helping us students learn Martial Arts. I would definitely recommend NIMMA to anyone wanting to improve self confidence as well as learn martial arts.
