A+. Could not be better. Called and left a message on vm. Got the return call and scheduled the pump out. They showed up on time, did the job, and charged reasonably. There competition has not returned my call yet.

Did not service our area but I am giving them 5 starts because they promptly returned my phone call and directed me to someone who did. It is amazingly hard to reach a septic company or plumber in this area so I appreciated the timely response!

Cory, owner of McKenzie Septic, was responsive, professional, timely and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the size and shape of our tank, as this was our first time having our septic pumped at our property and the size was “unknown” on the purchase documents. He recommended a schedule for pumping given our usage, educated us on common indicators of a problem, and was reasonably priced. We’ll definitely continue to do business with Cory at McKenzie Septic.
