As a customer thats on automatic delivery for propane I never thought I’d have to worry about it not being here. The day before a monster storm I noticed our hot water wasn’t getting hot and our thermostat started going down…..We added a huge heater to our garage and didnt relay that to our propane company. HUGE shout out to Cody at Eastern Propane & Oil for being here within the hour, filling us up, and reconnecting all the appliances. AMAZING service from this company and beyond thankful to have a full tank going into what’s coming with two small babies at home ?️ #thankful

I have to say I’m very happy with this company after they took over Goodrich here in Newport they have been amazing to get to know I went down yesterday to pay for a delivery and the lady told me 5-7 business days no problem there busy this time a year well I have to say I didn’t expect them to be here today delivering our propane I have to say nothing but wonderful service from the lady in the Newport office I delt with and for there fast delivery .

Getting anyone to call you back for any kind of service these days is tough. Not only did Eastern call me back, they provided an extremely fair estimate for a new boiler (almost 1/3 cheaper than the big boys in the area).They just finished installing the new system, and it was clear that the techs take a lot of pride in their work. They kept me in the loop throughout the process, and went the extra mile to make sure the system not only looked great, but performed well. No messes to clean up after they left, and they were able to fit the job in weeks before anyone else.Extremely pleased with the whole project, and I'm 100% confident I picked the right company to manage... read full review
