I have lived happily in a Davis Frame home for 28 years. We bought an older plan layout in 1997 from a builder and then raised an addition in 2005. The team throughout my experience has been outstanding. I have interacted with the sales team, the architectural team and the office team. All experiences were seamless and all issues were addressed. I am getting ready to downsize and sell my home and in the listing, it was a non-negotiable for me to ensure Davis Frame was listed as an essential selling point. Thank you for 28 wonderful years.

Wife and I bought a 2 br, 2 bath house kit from Davis. Price was right and they were great to work with on the design and materials. Even found us a contractor to put up the shell on our foundation. The materials were top quality and everything came together like a good plan should. Would recommend them highly.
