The tech, Josh, did a stellar job. After a thorough walk-through, he highlighted specific areas of concern, answered my questions, and went right to work. After finishing, he explained a couple other things he found and highlighted how to contact the company if a return visit was necessary. After coming home after the holiday weekend I was bitten by 2 wasp near my door entrance. Michael did a wonderful job today trying to clear a wasp nest from the peak of our roof that was missed last time probably due to servicing in the rain. I am satisfied with his work today.
