She took the time to consult with me first and together we developed the best plan for my hair type. She spent ample time explaining how to style it and which products would work best. I have already made my next appointment.

I have been seeing Gretchen for years. She has done everything from literal rainbows to subtle highlights in my hair. I have gone from platinum to dark auburn brunette and back to a natural highlighted bronde for my wedding. So of course I asked Gretchen to do my hair for my wedding. I trust her, and knew she would be able to make my vision a reality. She nailed it. And my hair survived actual hurricane winds! I couldn't be happier. Side note: her salon is extremely adhd and sensory friendly. And she completely gets what I need my hair to do so it won't become a sensory issue.

Amazing and so talented! Before my appointment Gretchen emailed with me to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. At my appointment she also did a consultation about my hair history and explained what she was gonna do. I have never had a stylist with this great of customer service. I felt very heard with my wants, expectations and confident that she was going to do a great job! She was very sweet and I absolutely love my hair. (Plus she had products picked out and ready for me to take home from my appointment! If you are looking for a stylist in the Conway area I 1,000% recommend. Best hair experience I have ever had.
