I have always been a proud and happy supporter of local small businesses. I've had three dogs that have all had Lupine collars with great success until this last dog. Who's going through about 4 or 5 colors now. I was never in a position to inquire about a free replacement until now and unfortunately when I went online to do so I was met with a shipping cost of 3 plus dollars. As my new financial status and life has tanked I don't really have three plus dollars at any time to have a collar shipped 6 miles north to Jackson New Hampshire from East Conway. Lupine Pet collars and leashes are my go to for updating my doodle’s look. Having discovered Lupine Pet a few years ago I now have about four different sets (collar/leash) that I rotate. I have always found Lupine Pet to process my orders quickly and just recently the customer service was amazing, top notch, when I contacted the company and spoke to Erin regarding a retired pattern.
