Eastern Propane has damaged my landscape lighting on two separate service visits.

The first took over six weeks to resolve, and I was required to coordinate the repairs myself.

The second incident has now gone unresolved for over two months. My 12 calls and emails have gone unanswered.

Their one repair attempt involved welding a fixture back together, which destroyed the wiring in the process. These lights are safety lighting installed at a staircase on my property. They have been nonfunctional for six months due to Eastern Propane's errors and their subsequent refusal to respond.

Bad (actually dangerous) communication
Bad pricing

I called as a new customer to keep the propane the previous homeowner had with Eastern and to add on oil. I have a 1,000 gallon tank that was near empty and needed a full fill. They set the account up and said someone would be out to inspect the oil tank before it could get filled. They said it would happen in a week.

Two weeks later I called to see why the tank was not filled and that’s when I was FINALLY TOLD that the tank enclosure did not allow inspection. Customer service is outstanding! We had an issue starting our propane heater at our seasonal campsite and they went above and beyond! From the people who answered the phones to the tech who came out immediately. I wish I got their names. They were all exceptional and I am happy to be a customer! Thanks to all.
