Customer service is outstanding! We had an issue starting our propane heater at our seasonal campsite and they went above and beyond! From the people who answered the phones to the tech who came out immediately. I wish I got their names. They were all exceptional and I am happy to be a customer! Thanks to all.

Tim Hodge helped us out yesterday. As new owners of a home with propane heating and oven/ range, we weren't sure if the smell from the oven was normal. Tim not only fixed the smell (air shutter on oven had been turned down), but also cleaned 15 years of soot on oven floor from the prior owners that Tim thought contributed to the smell. He not only fixed our problem but also taught us a lot - thank you Tim!

We had Travis Fillebrown as our service technician today. He was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant!! He explained the new thermostat we had installed and did a great job cleaning the furnace. We would post 10 stars if we could. Thank you Travis for everything!Jim and Lisa
