Haven't used their business but tried. I got a voicemail when I called saying they don't take any "large dogs" at this time. Large is a relative term so I wish they would specify a weight maybe instead. So not knowing what their interpretation of "large" is and not being able to talk to a real person I moved on. Too bad because I am minutes away and it would've been so convenient. Being fussy about clients leads me to think even if I had a non "large" dog appointments would be difficult to get since their business is doing so well they can pick and choose clients.

Love love love this place!!!We just took our very sweet but nippy Yorkshire Terrier to be groomed for the first time with a professional groomer. I have always groomed him myself but it is always so difficult and he does not like it. Well they had the same nippy issues with him but he looks great. I hope they will have him again. For my dog, who hates being brushed and having his nails clipped, he has never felt uncomfortable with the staff and always comes home happy and well groomed/cut. Robin is truly the best!
