I was pulled into by the flat bed being driven by this company, now they are refusing to give me the insurance information or return my calls. Claims that I stuck them, but has not come after me for damages as they are liars and theives. I have been through months of mental and emotional truama because of this and have had to see my doctors multiple times to help me mentally and emotionally deal with it all. Now they're going to force me to take legal action against them because they refuse to take accountability for their actions and drivers, I highly recommend staying away from this untrustworthy, unresponsable company in case they mess up on you and decide they don't...read full review
The most Professional & Experienced people I have encountered in NH - EVER! This company has fixed issues caused by others and never bad mouthed prior subs we had. That's true professionalism!~Mayer's
I've never hired Mr.Hall's company, but had a run in with him today at the corner of the fire station in Plymouth, NH. I wouldn't typically post something like this online, but one I found out the driver of the Dump Truck was the owner, there is no form of accountability. I'm writing this, so there is a record of his controlled reckless driving and in case someone else comes across him in a similar manner. As I pulled up to the stop sign, I came directly to the line, both myself and Mr.Hall approached at the same time. Mr.Hall was not speeding or in any type of hurry, he saw my vehicle approach used his Commercial Dump Truck to veer into my lane so he could make his left turn quicker. He knew, as did I that he wasn't going to make the corner and he stopped as he "could not get by" - There was plenty of room to continue his corner in his legal lane, but he decided to motion me back continue his path. I reversed and about 2-3 cars lengths back from the stop sign I rolled down my window after he motioned for me to do so. It wasn't a nice thing to say and was sarcastic, but I didn't cuss or insult him. I saw it was a commercial truck and as a business owner myself, thought this employee would apologize or just laugh it off as well. I said: "Do you always take left turns that close to the other lane?" He said to me "You got pretty close to that stop sign too didn't you? Which I said, "Yes I did get a little close..." (I was at the line but not over) Mr.Hall replied " Do you know who pays for the roads you drive on?" I said back "Yes I do too!!" To which all I heard was f bombs and other derogatory comments as he sped off with someone else in his truck, also cursing. If anyone else comes across Halls Excavating watch out because he will run you off the road, while assuming you don't have a right to be on it because you don't pay taxes (at his own assumptions). I'm not sure who was in the truck cursing as well, but I hope it's not one of your employees you're teaching to be a bully with a truck and trash talker, this is the last example a business should be making. If you have ONE state/government contract, I'm the one paying your bills too....just an FYI. I won't make assumptions.
