Michele Plasz has been wonderful. She's warm, friendly, kind and helped me get things in order for my Last Wishes. I don't plan on going any time soon (lol) but it's comforting to know that my last wishes are all set, what I want & in good hands.

Mandy and the rest of the staff were so understanding with my unique situation. They handled my arrangements and all the necessary changes with ease. Everything went smoothly and was lovely. Phaneufs,as always, is professional and comforting.

Dealing with family and death is difficult on its own. The overwhelming task of planning a funeral is just that overwhelming. I was 25 when I lost my Dad, Phaneuf funeral services were over the top supportive and caring. Knowing someone has your back at a young age dealing with death was an amazing relief. Now 22 years later with the unexpected death of my mom, I knew exactly where to go. My mom lived out of state. Phaneuf staff made sure to give us flight info and emails with my mom's safe travels.
