My wife and I are currently stationed overseas in Germany awaiting our return to the US after my retirement from the Army. Buying a home while not being able to physically see it is nerve wracking, but Kevin made the process so much simpler for us by doing such a thorough inspection and providing a 50+ page report with tons of pictures and details ranging from structural concerns all the way down to whether or not the oven lightbulb was functioning. He brought so many things to our attention that we would have never been able to notice ourselves. We are extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend him to any future home buyers.

Reviews
Kevin did a very complete inspection. He was also fabulous about answering my questions during the process. He provided a complete report the same day as he completed the inspection. The service was amazing and I recommend him whole-heartedly!
Kevin was very easy going and easy to communicate with from start to finish. He was meticulous in his inspection- you might be mistaken in thinking that he isn’t noticing things as he chats with you, but when that report comes in…oh man, NOTHING is missed. He was thorough and honest- a rare find in today’s world. Highly recommend and look forward to doing business again with him in the future!
