Kevin performed an excellent home inspection for us on a home, garage, and outbuildings. He arrived on time (in 15 degree weather and several feet of snow) and, as I was almost 500 miles away, he worked with my realtor to explain procedures and issues. His timely report was professional with lots of pictures and details and he spoke with me afterwards to answer the few questions that I had.
