I highly recommend Home Beautiful.Customer service by Kelly and Tom was exceptional.I recently ordered a large carpet, and when we got it home, there was an issue.When I called to ask about it, Tom came to check it out the next day! He came up with a solution, and everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
Jen and her team of installers made this process very simple. She was responsive when COVID threw a wrench in our plans and Dave did a beautiful job with our installation. He cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards. We love our new carpet!
I do a good deal of business with the great folks at The Home Beautiful. They are always so helpful, pleasant to work with, timely with responses and knowledgeable of their products.Today I stopped in with my family and my young daughters didn't want to leave. They left with gifts of geods & special crystals. Shout out to Jen & Kelly for a fun visit.
