Wonderful experience with Kennett equipment. We had propane leak that we took to our local rv repair place and they could not find anything. Kennett went thru our camper and crawled underneath. Found leak underneath and fixed it. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.
Our camper had an unfortunate critter problems about a month ago. While we found out about and started using Kennett Equipment Services about a 1 & 1/2 ago now, Troy has been a great help with our prior issues we've had and this time was no different. He is very nice, knowledgeable and takes the time to talk things over with you so you know what's going on and has been very helpful from the beginning with coming to look things over & fixing what he could to restore the heat & minimize the damage as soon as he could. He has also been very helpful going above and beyond with dealing with our insurance company by talking & supplying us and them with photos of the damage when he didn't have to this whole time. We are very thankful to have found him & his company for our rv servicing needs. We highly recommend them if you need help with any rv service work or other services they offer. Troy is awesome had a cracked water pipe when opening for season, called Kennett Equipment call was handled very professionally and responded to my location in Alton within 3hrs. Pricing was very fair. I would recommend Troy and his company.
