Terrible company, they produced faulty scooters and sold tons of them. They denied warranty before I sent it in and tried to claim I road it over bad road conditions which I had never stated. This company is going to be bankrupt in the next 10 years.

I bought E22 a week ago and suppose to get free battery pack with purchase. They told me since I bought it on tuesday there is no external battery pack. It is same price everyday. Web site still showing free battery pack on tuesday. Customer service is just horrible. All they said is no. Returning my purchase. Their loss, not me.

I purchased a Segway go kart in the past month from a store called brandsmart. It never worked and I noticed a mechanical issue with the gas pedal. I called the Segway support and was hung up on 4 times while trying to talk to anyone about the issue. The representatives all had major issues with their audio phone quality as i think all calls were routed to India. After spending hours on the phone on hold, I was able to report my issue to someone who spoke English and had ok phone quality. He promised that segway would send me a new gas pedal part.
