Over a month ago, I sent the following letter to Mr. George Ren, CEO of Segway, and have yet to receive a response.

Terrible company, they produced faulty scooters and sold tons of them. They denied warranty before I sent it in and tried to claim I road it over bad road conditions which I had never stated. This company is going to be bankrupt in the next 10 years.
