I got a referral from a friend because he said she would help alleviate some pain. She helped so much that first visit I go twice a month now. I really enjoy that she can work out the tough spots with a deep tissue/sports massage or I can relax with a softer type of massage/stretch session. I've also had reiki done and that was fantastic.
