“I cannot say enough good things about this place. I had an outstanding experience. I was really nervous about purchasing a guitar online because I dont really know a lot about them to begin with and I was uncertain about how shipping something like that would even work. My bf saw this guitar online like 2 years ago and was talking so passionately about it I knew he needed it. This was a gift for his birthday since I wouldn't be able to be there this year. I ordered early assuming it would take a while to ship. It legitimately shipped the very next day after i purchased it. When i sent an email asking for some information about my shipment I received a call the very next day and they were so polite and professional on the phone and in my email response. Awesome customer service and experience all around. I was very impressed and my boyfriend was so happy and surprised when he received his guitar he said he was about to cry. Will definitely use them again in the future.”
