Our Knights in Shing Armor!! We contacted many companies to have much needed upgrades to our network after a data breach. IT Secure actually came out the day we called and looked over our entire systems, made recommendations and took over when we really needed help. Talk about "Knights in Shining Armor"! You see, the last company we had, Compuserve in Manchester actually changed our passwords and held them hostage, created bills and demanded payment or wouldn't tell us the passwords when we fired them!
