Jamie waa very helpful setting up an appointment with a good therapist for my busy schedule. Rich is a great massage therapist, friendly and knowledgable with a really nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing and the hours and location are convenient and prices are reasonable.

Very relaxing and comfortable space. My session was with Erin and she did a fantastic job of locating some trouble areas. She also recommended some stretches to do for aftercare to help.

David is one of my favorite massage therapists at Elements in Bedford. He does an incredible job of getting the tension out and has a wonderful personality. It's not always easy to find a great massage therapist for complex layers of tension and disfunction in the body, but David is knowledgeable and has a great array of modalities that can be applied depending on your preferences and tolerances. He also graciously allowed me to critique some of the techniques to cater to my needs. Highly recommend!
