Expensive. And they were in a rush to get you in and out. After insurance paid their portion- as agreed-upon-they still billed, And even harassed My Husband at work who has nothing to do with this. Whatever anesthesia they used left me feeling fatigued for months. I have had three prior surgeries, and just recently another. I was only tired for several days. Not sure what this place does…you can do better

I was a very recent patient who had a total knee replacement at BASC. I cannot sing their praises high enough for their professionalism, efficiency, high competency & overall concern for my comfort & well-being. A significant advantage such a facility as BASC has imo is that as a patient, I'm extremely less exposed to seasonal & other contagious illnesses, especially the flu in winter time. In a hospital, obviously all staff & patients have a higher risk. No less important was when extreme weather conditions forced schedule changes, BASC was able to reschedule in 48 hours. A hospital would have been several weeks at least, if not longer.
I highly recommend BASC, their gold standard staff & superb facility. It would be my first choice (only if possible) if I needed another surgery or medical procedure.

Just had my teenager in for a procedure. Everything went perfect. I was extremely nervous but everyone there was professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

Had a procedure done here in August. This facility was pristine. Coming from a health care professional I can tell you everyone and everything was incredible. Doctors and nurses were a perfectly oiled machine! So friendly too. It was absolutely the most comfortable surgical procedure I’ve never had (that being said it was also the biggest and longest procedure so that’s saying something!) If you have second thoughts about this about this being an outpatient center vs inpatient hospital facility, don’t!!! They really know what they are doing and are absolutely incredible start to finish.

Yesterday I had my second procedure done. The entire experience was five stars. Very professional operation.

Highly recommend!! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility and their staff. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by a friendly and caring reception area. The facility is clean and comfortable. Upon moving into the surgical area, I was greeted by Allysa who immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Allysa walked me through every step and ensured I remained comfortable. Next, a huge kudos to Allison Parker and Dr. Kelly on the anesthesia team. They both made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything in detail. Finally, during recovery, Kayla, was the best RN side by side with Allysa in ensuring I was comfortable and up and ready to ambulate without any issues. You will not be disappointed with this fantastic team of people caring for you.

This clinic was incredible from the greeting at reception to the nursing staff, anesthesiologist and physician. Everyone explained what to expect, they were personable and competent. BASC- you made my experience go as smoothly as possible and I will absolutely be returning in the future for diagnostic testing.

I can't recommend this team enough! Had a procedure this morning and everyone was efficient, professional, and 100% on the ball from the moment I walked in. Girls at the front were extremely welcoming and friendly, and the clinical team was amazing. Nurses Luc, Pam, and Amanda, surgical tech Korey, and CRNA Tammy were all extremely kind and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. Could not ask for a better anesthesiologist than Dr. Kelley, who answered all my questions and set me at ease during the stressful moments before my procedure. Finally, oculofacial plastic surgeon Dr. Christiana Munroe is a consummate professional - her clinical skills and bedside demeanor are top notch. My procedure with BASC went extremely well and I cannot recommend these folks enough! Facility is absolutely spotless and well organized as well. I wish every medical experience was as straightforward and smooth as this one was!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my terrible experience with this office—specifically regarding their billing practices and how I was treated by their Director of Finance, Lisa Christou.

Back in April, I called to discuss my balance and was explicitly told I could pay in four monthly installments. They even took my card information over the phone. I trusted that arrangement and expected the payments to be processed accordingly.

Fast forward months later: I receive an email out of nowhere telling me they’re sending my account to collections—no warning, no prior follow-up, and completely ignoring the payment plan they agreed to. I was blindsided and understandably upset.

I tried to explain the situation and asked for fairness or at least some accountability. Instead, I was met with coldness and hostility from Lisa Christou. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and flat-out refused to acknowledge their mistake. Rather than working with me, she shut down the conversation and offered zero solutions aside from paying in full now or the amount will be sent to collections.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable—especially from a healthcare provider. Patients deserve clear communication and to be treated with basic respect. Please think twice before trusting this office with your care or your finances.

Bedford Ambulatory is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about this professional and efficient center. Special thanks to Lisa C. in billing that greatly helped me out with a problem. You will not find a better place in all of New England.
