“We had an issue with our central air condenser leaking from the attic down to the bedroom and Matt came to our house to take a look at it. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He tested for dampness levels and told us we had done a good job running the dehumidifiers, taking care of the water before it caused major damage and mold growth. We were really leery to deal with someone seeing we had a horrible experience in the past with another restoration company. “This is the first time we used this company. However our neighbor in our building used them and recommended them to us. So we decided to use them. The first appointment got canceled due to their van breaking down. We said ok . Let us know when you are up and running. They did. He got here and said the hoses may not reach which we found strange since they have been here before. Connor was very apologetic and very professional . He said he would take the 2 chairs and 9 by 12 ft. rug down stairs and do them out back. Glad we had an elevator.
