Shoddy communication and teachers who think it's cool to swear and be disrespectful in front of the kids to keep the teens' attention. I'm no prude but when my child leaves class and lessons, I hear more about the new swears and insults to others than what they actually learned. Not impressed. They weren't my first pick and I should've trusted my guy. Unprofessional and unresponsive.

Okay driving school. They don't teach some things like putting directional on when backing out of parking space (granted I didn't know this either, but is required for driving test) and not driving in left lane on highway unless passing. They also don't call or text when they arrive in driveway for drive time. We couldn't see our driveway and they give a 30 minute window for meeting time. It was winter and cold and couldn't wait outside long. If you miss them, then they just leave and can charge you $75 for missing the appointment. This is unreasonable. They also don't teach situational awareness during drives, but teach in classroom. We found this to be an important skill that is just not taught very well.
