Freddie and Steven are very knowledgeable at their job. They were very patient with us and listened to our needs. We told them what we thought we needed. They were able to come up with a better plan than what we were imagining would work for us. Steven even came over off hours and helped us understand the system better. They know and advised us of the legal issues that go along with this type of a system they installed. The system was only up and running for 9 days before an issue was caught on camera. Fred is both knowledgable and friendly. He has a great deal of patience and always willing to assist with a smile when we need help running our alarm system. He is very responsive and excellent customer service. Fred is the best and I would highly recommend his services.
