Brushwood Veterinary Clinic provides excellent and fantastic care for pets. The staff are super friendly, kind, caring, and gentle, making even nervous animals feel comfortable. The doctor is patient, a straight shooter, and conservative in approach, never pressuring clients into unnecessary treatments. The clinic offers a flexible and dedicated service, often seeing pets the same day when needed. The office has a pleasant, old-fashioned country doctor's office feel. They are thorough in explaining everything to owners and are considerate about costs, finding ways to keep services reasonably priced and save clients money. Overall, the clinic is highly recommended and is a pleasure to visit for both pets and their owners.
After visiting several veterinary clinics since my primary vet retired, I discovered this wonderful practice through a Google search, and I'm so glad I did! Skye my 120 pound Rottweiler tends to get quite anxious about vet visits, despite being incredibly friendly. She's cautious when meeting new people, so finding a welcoming environment was a priority for us. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the level of care given to my dog. The two assistants were exceptionally kind and attentive, which helped her feel comfortable and significantly reduced her anxiety. Today my daughter and I brought our little boy Z to see the vet. I like how the vets are blunt and straight to the point, no sugar coating!! On the way home, my daughter and I were discussing the nurse, Katie, that assisted with Z.. I’ve never met a more kind-hearted, compassionate human, who I truly believe was put on this earth to help animals. The way she connected with and calmed my anxious boy down was incredible. I couldn’t thank her enough before we left. It was very busy while there, you could tell they were running around, and this girl never skipped a beat. If you have the chance to go to this clinic, I highly recommend requesting Katie!
First time here with my Daisy May, and the doctor figured out her problem. Loved the friendly staff and how great they were with my baby. Although they are an hour away, I will still continue going here for the correct care. Thank you to everyone at Brushwood.
