Our technician, Josh, was highly professional, competent, and articulate. He did a wonderful job cleaning our chimney and wood stove. He took extra care to keep the work area clean during and after completing the work. After he finished he reviewed his assessment of our chimney and wood stove referring to the many photos he took and provided to me. Our technician Josh was fantastic; he didn’t give me great news re the condition of our chimney system but he documented all of the issues and did what he could at the time of inspection. He showed me all of the issues vis photos on his phone which was much appreciated.
