I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I've been seeing Dr.Jenny Civitella for years, and she is amazing. Every staff member I encounter goes above and beyond. Most recently, I've had a bought with bronchitis. I primarily worked with the nursing staff and the front desk. Each person treated me with kindness and compassion. They worked expediently to get me the help I need. I highly recommend this practice!
Talk about above and beyond! I've been with this group for 20 years and have been extremely well taken care of as has my family. They present attention to detail, caring about me and my needs, professionalism, courtesy,and down to earth friendliness from the front of the office, especially Sandra, to the back, Kris. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, I just became a patient there, literally a few days ago. My original apt was in March because again I was a new patient, well a day or two later I got a call back, the dr was concerned with some symptoms I was having so she wanted to get lab work done right away so she squeezed me in early in the morning to try and get the the bottom of my issues to help me feel better.
