Kevin was fantastic to work with. He helped us design the swimming pool of our dreams, and stayed closely in touch throughout the entire project. The entire crew - from digging to plumbing to gunite to decking - were very professional amd friendly. They are a very hard working team! We are very happy with our pool and patio, and would definitely recommend SSG!
We hired them for a significant finite pool project which just finished. One of the reasons we chose them was their experience and handling all of the sub contractors. We unfortunately have had many problems. Communication is poor and surprisingly many of their people working on the project agreed and said this was a common complaint. They dint seem to have good control of their subs and many of them were coming to us directly for guidance. The sales person was no where to be found when we had problems. I would not tolerate that from my sales team and it shows badly on them. It's a also a bad sign when your own employees don't believe their company is doing a good job. I could not recommend them to anyone.
