I am so thankful to now know about Bailey’s. My beloved vehicle failed inspection due to body rot. With over 255k miles, I thought that meant the end of our time together. Bailey’s was recommended and when I called they told me to come on over right away and they would check it out. Mr. Jim was so gentle in speaking with me and didn’t make me feel stupid for being attached to my car. Not only did he quote me much less than I expected, he took a picture of the problem, explained what he would be doing, fixed it the next day and the end price was even less than the quote. The ladies running the office were seriously the nicest. It felt like a trusted neighbor was taking care of you. If I ever need body work again, this would be my first stop!!
I had heard wonderful things about Baileys and they were all true. I had a “car meet steel girder due to driver needing new glasses prescription“ situation. 🙄 From the estimate with the owner, to a great experience with all the front desk ladies, to a reasonable estimate, which I ended up paying LESS than they predicted as a part they thought would need to be replaced DIDN’T Need to be replaced. When I picked my car up, it looked like it had been detailed as well! While I hope I don’t need them in the future, I can assure you, if I do, they will be the ones I call. Thank you Baileys for a an honest job very well done!
Car looks brand new all over again, truly couldn’t be happier. Not going to lie when I dropped it off I didn’t get a chance to clean the inside of my car and they actually did it for me, it looked like it was derailed honestly! And I had some change and dollars hanging around that I totally forgot about but we’re still in my car! My tinted windows got a little scratch on them (it happens) they told me right away and got it squared away with my insurance so I can get them redone! If I ever need repairs in the future I know where I’m going! 🤩
