I called last night at 1045. Luke was on call. He did an emergency c-section on my blue heeler. He saved all her puppies. I really appreciated everything that he did. Thank you Luke. I will definitely be coming back for more service.
If I could give 10 stars; I would.
I initially called in May to make an appointment for a second opinion as I had a critically ill cat that my usual vet clinic at the time had misdiagnosed for the past 4 months. NVS was recommended by a friend. I was asked to email my cat’s records which I did. Within the hour, I got a call from the vet (Dr. Brauer) who explained in detail her concerns regarding the labs, symptoms, etc. Dr. Brauer went ABOVE & BEYOND what I expected as far as calling me with more information, calling and speaking to the initial vet and even doing further research on her off time. My 3 year old frenchie was very sick.
The took excellent care of her.
And the staff are very welcoming.
A little too high in price. But all in all I really like them. Thank you so mych.
