I have nothing but great things to say! My dog Bodie has stayed here now twice within the last month for a few long weekend trips. He has had major separation anxiety in the past when I traveled, one leading to a very expensive Emergency vet hospital trip. He has not had that problem here! The staff takes such good care of him and even got some play time with the other dogs which I’m sure helped him stay distracted! It was a bonus that I got to watch him on the live cameras interact with the other pups while out of town! I feel the prices are very reasonable along with the extra add ons. Needed a good place for our year old puppy when we couldn't take her with us for our daughter's wedding. The accommodations were very good. The staff was delightful and warm with our bundle of joy. Dolly seemed to enjoy her time & the staff at Cottonwood.
We used to bring our other dog here before he died 3 years ago and now we bring our new puppy here. Years ago the staff was great. However this new staff 2 people specifically got an attitude when I was asking them questions so they don’t have as good of customer service as the staff from 3 years ago. This annoyed me that they would treat me like this for asking questions which I am entitled to because I am leaving my dog in their care. We will continue to bring our dog here but I can’t give them 5 stars because of the poor customer service. They need to be aware that they have to be just as good to the customers boarding their dogs as they are to the dogs after all...read full review
