They had to cut into concrete to solve an issue with an underground pipe that was cracked. Came out immediately. It was a tricky situation but thankfully took care of the issue without having to tear into cabinets. I thought the cost was very fair for the amount of time and work that was done. Since then I've had them take care of a couple of other minor issues. Very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommended.
