The Prairie Club is a premier golf destination in Nebraska, offering a unique and serene experience. The two courses, Pines and Dunes, are vastly different and impressive in their own ways. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. The restaurant serves high-quality dishes, with options like fillet with garlic mashed potatoes and Caesar salad. The hotel accommodations are comfortable, with great beds and pillows. The driving range is well-maintained, and the courses have beautifully manicured and undulating greens. Reviewers praise the Dunes course as the most unique and challenging they have played, and the Pines course as a very different but equally amazing experience. The remote location of the club is considered an advantage, creating a peaceful and pure golf environment.
The Prairie Club did not disappoint. If you want a golf getaway where the courses are spectacular and everything you need is on property, this is it. The Dunes is incredible. The Pines is great but it’s definitely the little brother to the Dunes. We stayed in the Guesthouses, and it had great access to the fun Horse course.
I love this place. I got my first hole in one on the dunes course on hole 4. I love the golf. Wake up at 730 play 18 eat a steak for lunch, play another 18, eat another steak for dinner, then hit balls at the horse course. Loved the whole trip.
We have played two tournaments here, large groups of friends, 24 players in a Ryder Cup-style tournament. We love the two courses here, the facilities, and the experience. Highly recommend for golfers and golf groups.
