A Vet Who Truly Went Above and Beyond
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this veterinary team. We brought our Shih Tzu in after she began choking on a treat, and they immediately brought us in and took her straight to the back.
Dr. Falcone was actually in the middle of a conference call, but he stepped away without hesitation to help our girl. He and his team kept us informed throughout the entire process and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way.
Most importantly, he saved her life. We are beyond grateful for his quick thinking, compassion, and willingness to drop everything to help her when she needed it most.

When I first got my little girl I was asking around for good veterinary. Everyone told me Syracuse. Even tho it was kinda a drive it Strange would be worth it. Well they were all right! Totally worth the drive. The vet and his assistants are the absolute best!!! Dr. Falcone is the best! He was so patient answering all my questions, and Daisy absolutely loved him. You can see right away how much he really cares for his patients. He is definitely # 1 best Veterinarian!
