Going to call.them again for a different issue. Had a water heater installed, a great brand, a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Had that done 3 years ago,just decided to do a review after another issue that came up. I would not use any other plumbing service. They are the best. Called them yesterday about a Delta shower faucet that was leaking.. Shawn came out and fixed it same day. Usually replacing cartridge, removing the on off handle breaks and it gets expensive. Shawn saw a procedure on a plumbing website how to get it off without breaking (takes to much print to describe), and he tried it for the first time on our shower. It worked like a charm. Nothing but impressed with Jake and his team at Plumbing Specialties! I requested a quote via the Angi website and within 5 minutes I had a text message from Jake asking questions about my issues. He requested a couple photos and 10 minutes later I had a quote and a plan for him to come the next morning. He showed up on time, had a new water heater ready and within a couple of hours the job was done and I was taking a long overdue hot shower. Their pricing was $800 less than another “local” chain business. Very very happy with this plumbing company. I will DEFINITELY call them whenever I need plumbing work.
