We had to make the hard decision to put our very old dog down. The compassion and love they showed and helping us deal with this loss was incredible. So kind and patient and you could tell they genuinely cared about our dog and us. Over the years we have had to do this a couple other times with other vet clinics but South Sioux Animal Hospital was by far the best experience in a bad situation. So grateful to them.
They are amazing! I always get an appointment in a timely manner with caring vets & staff. They treat my pets like their own! When I call in for prescription refills for my Lewie, they’re right on it and have it ready within about an hour and emailing me when it’s ready for pickup. Five Stars!
I moved here a few years ago and my dog Sonny was terrified of his previous groomer. I was nervous about taking him anywhere new — but Michaela, the groomer here, is incredible! She’s only groomed Sonny once and he already loves her. That says everything!
The entire team — from the vets to the front desk to the groomers — are kind, professional, and truly care about the animals they see. You can tell they love what they do. I can’t recommend South Sioux Animal Hospital enough. 10/10 experience!
