I got Eide CareGold when I bought my new Honda HR-V, and it includes 3 years of free car washes at Silver Star. I would not have tried them without it, i don't think, but I am glad I did. Overall, they do a good job, and the vacuums are free. I have noticed a variation in the quality of the washes from location to location, with some of them not getting my car as clean as others.
I didn't get the Platinum experience this time around, but I didn't have time to go back through. Otherwise, most times I get 5 star service. The carwash is excellent and the workers are right in most of the time.
Excellent Service!! Cashiers are happy and the gentlemen spraying cars were having a good time. They stayed calm and collected even though I had issues getting my car in neutralService: Vacuuming
