I have now a biopsy and a total hysterectomy at Regional West. I have been amazed at the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff and doctors that I have come into contact with. They have listened to and answered all of my question and concerns. I found their infection prevention protocol to be top notch. I would recommend this hospital to anyone needing it.
Starting with a midnight trip to the emergency room and ending with a couple day stay in critical care, my experience with RWMC was absolutely amazing. Over the course of 2 days it seemed like a steady stream of doctors, nurses and other hospital staff and every single person showed genuine care and compassion, with the highest level of professionalism. A special shout out to Evan in the ER. He set the tone for the entire experience by making us feel confident that we were getting the very best care (along with a few laughs to help us relax a little). Thanks, RWMC, you guys rock!
This Hospital has been a life saver for me. All of the staff have been very compassionate and caring. I would not be alive today if it was not for them. I also attend the cancer support group meetings. I am very happy that I am able to live so close to this hospital.
