I was referred to Elli by a friend because another salon had turned my hair pink. Elli was amazing!!! She corrected my color and gave me the beautiful red I wanted as well as highlights. I won't go anywhere else!
This is one of the coolest places in Scottsbluff. Love the atmosphere and the people are wonderful. Love to get my hair done, have coffee, and browse the boutique. The place is awesome!
