Wish I could give him 10 stars!! So very pleased with our experience with Andy...had us up & running in a couple of hours, diagnosed it as the screen, got a new one, he was spot on... didn't try to make a mountain out of a mole hill, didn't try to upsell, very professional, if u aren't using him for all your computer problems/needs, u really need to be, u won't be disappointed! I spent hours upon hours trying to resolve my problems with Microsoft without any resolution. Andy had my computer up and running within a couple of hours. Very responsive and appreciate all he did so much! He will be my go to guy from here on out!
